Learn the Techniques
You will learn self defence techniques which rely less on strength and more on leverage, method and timing. You will learn to defend yourself from the most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned on the ground by an assailant.
improve your fitness
The self defence program is designed to teach women of all ages and athletic abilities to defend themselves. The classes will be be run in a friendly and safe environment by our team of instructors, our goal is for you to learn the techniques while enjoying the classes and improving your fitness.
build your confidence
We will work with you to develop verbal and non verbal commands that will assist you to manage a confrontational situation. You will also learn to be confident from a standing position and equally from the ground.
